Parents, Parents and teachers equal successful learners

Parents/Guardians and family members are an important part of a student’s journey at Cedar Springs School District.  We encourage parents/guardians to be involved in their child’s education from the day they enroll.  The more engagement parents have with their child’s education, the better they succeed.

Student Handbooks

Student handbooks are prepared for the information and guidance of students and parents. From it, students and their families will better understand the objectives of the Cedar Springs Public School District.

Cedar Springs Public School District is dedicated to the purpose of training minds and building skills that will be useful and required now and in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to have certain rules to ensure each individual has the opportunity to benefit from the program. The student's handbooks outline the basic policies around which the school functions.

As citizens of Cedar Springs Public School District students are expected to follow the rules that are established for the welfare of the entire student body. Following the rules will help all students. They will be proud of their school. They will take care of it. They will learn necessary and useful skills for the future.

Please feel free to discuss with teachers and administration when deemed appropriate. The cooperation of school patrons, based upon the knowledge of school policies and procedures, will result in a more efficient and successful school year.
